   • Our MDIndia team will get in touch with the hospital upon receiving the request.

   • After collecting the required documents, our team will initiate the approval process with the relevant insurance companies.
   • Once the concerned insurance company approves the request, we will extend the cashless facility to the insured customer.

   • In cases where the hospital is on the exclusion list of the insurance companies, cashless facility provision will not be possible.
