IOS Known Issues

Introduction

1. App version issue under iOS?

Lowest version is iOS 8, and Highest version is iOS – up to latest version.

2. Camera and file handling not open in iOS

Set camera permission from app setting. As well check camera is working properly of devices.

3. Login not working?

Get login from respected corporate. If policy is expired, wait for renewal. Login credential will be provided to respected corporate.

4. Map is not showing for hospital location?

Only Google map is used, not supported for map kit. If empanel hospital is not set latitude, longitude then it will not be able to show map on Google Map.

5. Device compatibility in iOS?

For ex. device is 4s then UI will be scattered. As well as iPad is not supported.

6. Low internet connectivity?

If region is outside of India, app will be not support for any kind of network responses. Kindly connect your device in Good network ISP's and set proper bandwidth of network from settings.
